Testimonials
Words from clients who keep us close.
Real Google reviews and client notes from neighbors across Star and the Treasure Valley. Thank you to everyone who has trusted Feather & Steel with their home.
Feather and Steel Cleaning is amazing! I have used them multiple times, and have been delighted with the results every time! Do yourself a big favor and keep them in your contact list. They are really game changing.
I can't express enough how impressed I've been with this company from the top down. The owners, super awesome and a local husband and wife team!! All the employees I've met are also just as kind, down to earth and incredibly hard working. Hailey, one of the employees, just spent the whole day at my home and I'm certain my floors have never looked more clean, clear and bright. My husband said it looked like they were re-surfaced by a professional flooring company. It's really hard to find good honest, hardworking help and I can attest Feather and Steel has it.
Kim has been cleaning our home every two weeks for over 3 years. If I could give her over 5 stars I certainly would. I have NEVER been disappointed, they do the same amazing job every time! I have had other cleaners and they don't even come close to the job that Kim and her crew do. Kim's attention to detail is what makes her company stand out from the rest, and she makes sure her crew is properly trained to give that same attention to detail.
Kim was a dream to work with. Great energy, responsive, flexible, and aggressively dedicated to high standards of clean. I hired Feather and Steel to do a move-out deep clean and get my childhood home ready for painters and staging. I barely recognize the house in the photos, it is so sparkling clean. I would recommend Kim and Feather & Steel Cleaning for any job, large or small, once or weekly.
Feather & Steel Cleaning is such a great operation. They respond in a timely manner and do an excellent job! They regularly clean my AirBNB property in Star, Idaho and I am very happy with their service. Thanks for the great work!
The Feather & Steel Cleaning crew is the best! They've been cleaning our house monthly for 6 months and always do an incredible job. Highly recommend!

Prompt response time, reasonable prices, quick scheduling and the end results..... Extremely thorough and clean home! Thank you Kim and Ryder for the amazing job on the deep clean of our home!
Our first time deep clean was over the top clean! Truly, I've never seen anyone clean to this level before!
Absolutely the best company around. Communication is always on point, cleanings are always perfect, staff and owners are super friendly! Such a blessing to have found them.
Kim is fabulous, her attention to detail is unsurpassed. She strives to have your home feel brand new. She calls it OCD I describe it as the highest standard of cleanliness. She provides all her own supplies and equipment which is of the highest standards as well. Highly and confidently recommend.
Kim and her staff are amazing. Love walking into my home after they have been there. It sparkles and smells so fresh and clean. They always go above and beyond and are very accommodating. Would highly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs.
Look at this 35 year old shower door, lookin like new! I wish I had a "before" picture of the hard water build up, but seriously Kim and Hailey do an incredibly thorough job with cleaning. They will meet your budget & exceed expectations every time. Very pleased!
I am someone who is very particular about my home and Kim and her team do a fantastic job of taking care of a home as if it were their own. I would highly recommend.

I hired Kim and her crew to perform construction cleaning on a commercial project. They handled the changing environment exceptionally well and worked with all the other tradespeople and installers to clean the building. They do a very good job and are very easy to work with.
